Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and energetic individuals who are well motivated and keen to join our friendly team in Market Harborough. These services are split over four sites in, delivering support to individuals with a wide range of needs. Two of the services have a waking night requirement, and the service users have high levels of support needs. The third has a sleep over requirement and supports two independent service users. The fourth service in Market Harborough is for young adults where we support them through their day-to-day lives, emotionally whilst assisting their development of valuable life skills.
Support Worker Duties:
• Provide respectful and dignified personal care,
• Financial Support,
• Supporting with Housekeeping, cleaning and cooking etc.,
• Work flexibly to cover the rotas as needed,
• Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users.
Experience is essential for Relief Support Worker roles.
You will be required to work in a flexible manner on rota which includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. It is expected that all staff work a fair share of weekend and Bank Holidays.
It does not matter if you cannot drive; but you must be able to get yourself to work.
As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service, including directions.
You will be paid on a weekly basis.
