Summary
Cleaning Supervisor
52 weeks per year
Monday to Friday
8 hrs per day, 14.00 hrs to 22.30 hrs
28 Days Annual Leave inc. Bank Holidays
Experience essential
Cleaning Supervisor required to ensure the site is supervised efficiently and effectively, and that specified cleaning standards are met and maintained by the cleaning team.
Duties:
- Inducting and training new cleaning staff
- Monitoring attendance and time-keeping
- Undertaking own cleaning duties and covering as/when required
- Maintain stock levels and keep cleaning cupboards tidy
- Completing and submitting required paperwork and timesheets
- Updating Communication Book
- Follow established safety guidelines and adhere to company policies and regulations
- Undertake any other reasonable duties/requests by the Account Manager/Client or Company
Requirements:
- Management experience
- Hard working, reliable and trustworthy
- Use own initiative
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of all duties
- Good communication/leadership skills to interact with team
- Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety
- Experience using cleaning machinery i.e. scrubber dryer
