Summary
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, results focused individual to shape and deliver exciting projects of work within a National Strategic Clinical Network (NSCN) to support health boards/trust to improve the delivery of key health services across Wales. As a Network Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare outcomes and transforming healthcare delivery. In this position, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction within the clinical network support teams, ensuring the efficient operation and alignment of clinical networks with organisational goals and work plans. The role will monitor and report against identified key performance indicators, using a variety of data sources. They will lead in stakeholder engagement, and communication strategy, building effective relationships with clinical and managerial colleagues both internal and external to the NHS Wales. Your expertise will be crucial in driving collaborative efforts among healthcare professionals, facilitating data-driven decision-making, and implementing innovative solutions to address healthcare challenges. The post holder will provide coordination and programme management support to the Strategic Network. This will include preparing for and chairing group meetings and responsibility for reporting of progress, including the tracking of outcomes, benefits realisation and spending for the work programme. The post holder will need to develop good relationships and work closely with a broad range of partners including the National Clinical Leads, Chairs, Welsh Government, Health Board colleagues, patients, third sector and other stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of the work plan. Working from home for part of the week can be supported subject to agreement on appointment. Interview Date: To Be Confirmed
