Summary
Duties and Responsibilities will include: - Managing a busy team of Lead Leaders and Logistics Operatives. - Providing operational oversight and advice to the Head of Logistics. Monitoring activity and providing reports as possible. - Helping to embed a continuous improvement culture for Logistics. - Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders througout the Trust, including key clinical staff. - Helping to embed a new Logistics Function and Team (operating as One Logistics Team) at MMUH and throughout the retained estate. - Managing and co-ordinating the flow of goods into our hospitals. - Ensuring that waste is managed and removed from our sites in a legal, compliant, safe and efficient manner. - Managing the day to day activity of the Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) - Deputisting for the Head of Logistics.
