Our client based in Hinckley are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a Permanent basis. This is a full-time position.


The Job : Administrator Role

  • Filling and retrieving information and documents
  • Data Entry / Managing Diary
  • Typing/Drafting/Proofing letters and quotes
  • Travel arrangements - Booking flights, ferry's, taxis etc. and applying for visas
  • Maintaining Office Equipment
  • Answering the phone
  • All aspects of Sales Order Processing and Stock Control using Sage 1000
  • Liaising with transport companies
  • Arranging Imports / Exports
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Credit card transactions / Purchase orders
  • Maintaining stationary levels / Ordering PPE
  • Sending out literature
  • Mail shots
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Taking messages

The Ideal Candidate: Administrator Role

  • Previous experience working as an administrator
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office - Word, Excel etc.
  • Passion for engineering.
