Summary


The CDC is a new service. With the expanding service we are recruiting 2 Admin Assistants to support the Teledermatology Service which is based at Hollinswood House, Telford. This service is currently over 5 days, Monday to Friday with the potential of going to a 7 day service in the coming years.

We are looking for proactive individuals to join our CDC Service to provide administrative support. This is an interesting and challenging role, helping enable the smooth running of the Teledermatology service and the patients experience through the cancer pathway and their ongoing care.


The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, be efficient at organising and prioritising a busy workload and remain calm under pressure to achieve tight deadlines. The candidates must have an understanding of patient and data confidentiality and its importance.
• Establish and maintain office processes, complete the required preparation for the clinics and to be visible and present. Previous experience of local hospital systems would be advantageous.
• Track patients progress following their Teledermatology appointment, uploading and action each patients outcome with appropriate teams.
• To speak to patients, reassuringly and informative.
• To proactively take steps to ensure that patients treatment schedules are actioned.
