Summary
We are currently looking for a Kitchen Porter/Assistant to join our very special family in hospitality at the Lionhearth Group', The Swan at Ascott-under-Wychwood.

The Swan is a special place to work, its a beautiful, well loved sixteenth century timbered coaching Inn. The business is multifaceted comprising Restaurant and Lounge-bar dining (50 covers), Private Dining (22), Garden Pizza Kitchen & Grill with (130) seat all year round-beautiful garden restaurant. The Inn also has 8 exquisitely designed bedrooms and cottages.
As well as a competitive salary the Company operated a tronc scheme which pays circa £1.50 per hour.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist with food prep and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
- Utilise previous kitchen and culinary experience to support the team.
Willing to help with every task to ensure all our guests have a positive experience

- Follow and comply with all Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation.
