About the role:
The role entails focusing on finishing work, ensuring CML'S and handovers are completed to a high standard.
Ideal candidate should possess 5+ years experience in house building, with an expertise on finishing works and the ability to push for CML'S. My clients requires a manager with a proactive approach who can demonstrate a keen eye for detail. Will need to be hands on and willing to go above and beyond and make a good team effort to complete targets.
Rate: £23.00-£24.00
