The Opportunity

As one of our UK Technical Services Team, you will get the opportunity to work on some of the UK & Europe’s most high-profile buildings to create and implement energy saving opportunities.

Since every building and site team is different, the role is very dynamic, and you will be encouraged to use your initiative to find savings and assist the site teams with implementing them. Additionally, you will be using the EP&T EDGE online platform and algorithms to drive these savings.

You will be working closely with the other members of the UK Technical Services Team and will have opportunities to collaborate with the broader team in Dubai and Australia

As a Technical Services Engineer you will:

- Understand building services, and mechanical and electrical systems
- Have the ability to read and interpret schematic and as-built drawings
- Have the ability to see potential energy saving opportunities in buildings
- Understand EMS and BMS systems, and utility invoices
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Communicate with the site team & client to assist them with achieving energy savings
- Have the technical aptitude and the drive and determination to achieve results
- Work both independently and as a team player
- Have working rights for the UK


Additionally, you will ideally have:

- 3 to 5 years experience within the building services industry
- German/Spanish language capabilities
- Freedom to travel within the EU
- Masters/Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Familiarity with NABERS, and other rating systems
- Availability to start 1 July 2024
