Summary
Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for several Part 2 Scaffolders to join our established client's team in the Hexham area of Northumberland.
What's on offer?
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30 - with some early finishes
- Full-time permanent position available for the right candidate
- Paid at £17.31 to £20.10 per hour
Your duties and responsibilities as a Scaffolder will include:
- Construct and assemble scaffolding structures according to blueprints, drawings and specifications
- Install and dismantle scaffolding systems in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and properly braced
- Inspect scaffolding for defects or damage and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while working at heights
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
To be successful within this role you will have a CISRS Part 2 Scaffolding Tube and Fitting. Combined with:
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for scaffold assembly - Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately construct scaffolding structures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during scaffold assembly
