Job Description

This is a Full Time Role - Flexible over 4/5 Days (40 hours)

As a Senior Nursery Nurse/ Deputy Room Leader, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional care and education to our little learners.

These roles are available in the following rooms.

Infants 3 to 12 months
Toddlers 1 to 2 years
Twaddlers 2 to 2.5 years
Preppers 2.5 to 3 years
Pre School 3 to school leavers
We have a maximum of 16 children per room.

Position: Senior Nursery Nurse

Location: East Finchley, easy access to town centre and tube station

Salary: Up to £23920

As a Nursery Assistant at The Learning Experience, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of the children in the nursery is the number one priority, contributing to high standards of care and education, being responsible for providing flexible cover to the nurseries as and when required.

Your positive approach will create an engaging and stimulating learning environment that sparks curiosity and fosters growth. Your dedication to children's development will be evident as you plan and lead age-appropriate activities that captivate their imaginations and promote holistic growth.

Building strong relationships is at the core of your role. You will establish positive connections with the children and their families, fostering open communication and ensuring parents are engaged partners in their child's journey.

As a valuable member of our team, you will contribute to the planning and execution of the curriculum, tailoring it to meet each child's individual needs. Your commitment to their well-being and progress will be unwavering. Your responsibility to maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere is paramount. Adhering to policies, procedures, and standards will create an environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive while feeling secure.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and embrace new ways of doing things
Willingness to get qualified to Level 2 or Level 3
