Remarkable Jobs are delighted to be working with a leading real estate agency in the Reading area, renowned for its exceptional service and expertise in the local property market. Who due to growth are now looking to recruit and train a 'Trainee Sales Negotiator'.

'Trainee Sales Negotiator' Main Responsibilities:

• Assist senior sales negotiators in facilitating property transactions, from initial inquiry to completion.
• Accompany potential buyers on property viewings, providing them with detailed information about available properties and answering any questions they may have.
• Learn to accurately value properties and assist in negotiating sales on behalf of clients.
• Support the sales team in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities through networking and marketing efforts.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and guidance throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about market trends and property developments in the Reading area to better advise clients and identify sales opportunities.

'Trainee Sales Negotiator' Experience and Qualification Required:

• No previous experience in real estate sales is required - full training will be provided.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for real estate and helping people find their perfect home.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential.
