A Plumber/Multi is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.
What does a Plumber role entail:
- Undertake all aspects of repairs/maintenance work to the required quality standards.
- Assess the work requirements when you get to site.
- Diagnose and carry out the right repairs
Requirements for the Plumber role:
- Must be able to deal with tenants/ have social housing experience
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating
- Full UK Driving License (manual) - Mobile Role
