Summary
Student Safety Team Member (Nights)
Location:London South & East
Hours and Rota:34-hours per week. As a Student Safety Team Member you will work 4 night shifts out of 7, between the hours of 10.00pm and 07.00am. Shift pattern variations may apply.
Salary:£26,572.80 - £27,623.20 + bonus + benefits (depending on experience)
Essential: Driving licence valid for driving in the UK

Your top priorities will be ensuring the safety of our students and employees, whilst delivering excellent customer service and provinding a front of house service. From responding to emergencies, handling disputes and making our students feel at home, no two nights will be the same! As a Student Safety Team Member you will have the opportunity to make a real impact at work, enriching lives with meaningful interactions.
What you`ll be doing as a Student Safety Team Member:
Providing outstanding customer service to our studentsPatrolling multiple properties to keep our students and employees safeActing as the first response to incidents and emergenciesHelping students who are locked out of their roomsReporting on incidents electronicallyCompleting ad-hoc maintenance and houskeepering duties
