Job Description
The Position: Nursery Practitioner - Part Time

This is a Part Time Role working approximately 16 to 24 Hours Per week
These will be 8 hour shifts

Location: East Finchley, easy access to High Street and Tube Station

Salary: Up to £26,416 - This will be Pro Rata based on hours agreed

Building strong relationships is at the core of your role. You will establish positive connections with children and their families, fostering open communication and ensuring parents are engaged partners in their child's journey.

As a valuable member of our team, you will contribute to the planning and execution of the curriculum, tailoring it to meet each child's individual needs. Your commitment to their well-being and progress will be unwavering. Your responsibility to maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere is paramount. Adhering to policies, procedures, and standards will create an environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive while feeling secure.

Qualifications
Relevant qualification in early years or equivalent
1+ years experience in nursery & childcare (preferred)
Level 2 or above in Early Years (required)
Passion for working with children and a genuine interest in their growth and development.

Strong communication skills to engage both children and their families.
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
Positive and nurturing approach, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
Role is subject to a DBS check
