Job Description
This role will be based in a room looking after Preppers 2.5 to 3 Years

Position: Room Leader

Location: East Finchley, easy access to High Street and Tube Station

Salary: Up to £29,200

Your Duties:

As a Room Leader at The Learning Experience, you will take the helm of your designated room, orchestrating exceptional care and education for children.

Your passion for nurturing young minds will be evident as you craft a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes holistic growth.

Your innovative spirit will shine as you curate and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences that captivate the curiosity of young learners, igniting their passion for exploration.

Building strong connections will be second nature to you as you forge deep relationships with children and their families. Your commitment to open communication will be vital as you provide regular updates on children's progress, ensuring parents feel engaged and informed in their child's developmental journey.

As a mentor to Nursery Practitioners, you will be pivotal in guiding them to create impactful learning experiences. Your leadership will empower your team to provide the highest quality care and education.

Your dedication to safety and compliance will be unwavering. You will precisely uphold policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, ensuring the well-being of all children under your care. Your leadership will create an environment prioritizing safety, learning, and growth.
Qualifications
What we require from you:

Relevant Level 3 or above qualification in early childhood education or equivalent.
Proven experience in an early years setting, with a track record of leadership, mentoring and teamwork.
Profound understanding of EYFS framework and child development principles.
Excellent communication skills, both with children and parents.
Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their growth.
