Summary
Brixton Finishing School Programme Exec
We are looking for a Programme Exec, with 2+ years’ project management experience, who will work as part of the programmes team to deliver our employability courses, both online and in person.
It’s an exciting time to join Brixton Finishing School as we continue to scale our programmes and increase our impact. You’ll play a key role in managing the end to end set up, running and delivery of our award winning programmes and will be working with some of the biggest companies in the advertising industry to drive positive change.
Working hours: Full time 5 days a week (option to discuss 4 days a week)
Location: Remote. In the office in Mother London once per month max.
Salary: £31,000 full time
Reporting to: Head of Programmes
What you will be doing:
Supporting the delivery of our annual roadmap of employment programmes
Running events on Zoom, doing tech checks with partners, and setting up breakout rooms etc.
Sending out calendar invites and agendas for meetings and workshops
Being the point person for keeping our CRM up to date
Writing copy for programme related activity e.g. workshop blurbs, email comms to students, email comms to partners,
Creating feedback surveys and creating impact reports
Working closely with our partnerships team to ensure that our courses are adding value to our partners
Supporting with team admin more widely
The kind of person we’re looking for:
2+ years experience in a programme / project management role
An admin whizz who is super organised and works at pace on multiple projects at once
Knowledge of the advertising industry preferable, but not essential
Experience running events on Zoom (including using breakout rooms)
Good communication skills - both verbal and written - and not afraid to hold people accountable for deadlines
Someone who can work autonomously and thrives in a fast paced environment
Proficient in PPT / Word / Excel (Google workspace and SalesForce experience preferable, but not essential)
