This happy and positive secondary school & 6th form are looking for a willing and able individual with a passion for education and food to join their team as soon as possible.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to support the head of department in the planning, delivery of both practical and theoretical lessons. You will be teaching to both KS3 and KS4 pupils, of varying class sizes and abilities.
The school is able to boast a fantastic food technology room with excellent facilities, allowing teaching to be creative and interesting for students. The curriculum offers a variety of different learning tehniques, cooking methods, health and safety procedures and allows students to get creative!
Pupils at this school feel safe and happy in the learning day. The school leadership team have high expectations of learners and you will find that the majority of pupils are ready to learn.
The school is located in Wallasey and is only a very short journey from Liverpool city centre. Although the school is looking for an individual with QTS and a Food Technology background, they are also willing to speak to candidates with transferable skills within the food industry.
