Our prestigious client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to become part of a busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and is looking for a long-term career in the hospitality industry.
We are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience of leading a service or looking to take the next step up in their career. Responsibility for GPs, Stock Control, and overall kitchen management reporting into the senior kitchen managers. Must be able to work as part of a team with a professional approach to their work ethic. GP bonus available on completion of probation period.
