About the Role:




As our new Data Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in linking our corporate strategy and business operations with data
analytics. You will lead and support both small and large projects, using your skills as a critical thinker, problem solver and
strong communicator to drive success.




Key Responsibilities:




* Lead Strategic Projects: Guide small to mid-size projects and assist on larger initiatives to enhance business and data
operations.
* Business Acumen: An understanding how projects tie into the goals, strategies, and financials of the business, aligning
analysis and recommendations with business objectives.
* Project documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for projects, including project initiation, scope, requirements,
processes, user stories and acceptance criteria, to ensure clarity and facilitate seamless project execution.
* Deep Dive Analysis: Work closely with business units to understand challenges, document needs, and provide actionable insights.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across various business processes.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Manage and improve customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and
expectations.




Who You Are:

* You have a robust background in working with data teams, preferably within the financial or another regulated sector.
* You are a communicator, skilled at translating technical concepts into layman's terms for stakeholders from various
departments.
* You can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes, completing and updating
relevant requirements related documentation, managing project scope and following escalation paths.
* You are a collaborator, forging strong relationships with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with project goals.




Skills You Bring:

* Excellent analytical skills, with a knack for identifying patterns and conceptualising processes.
* Strong communication skills, capable of crafting detailed documentation and presentations and effectively conveying insights to
senior management.
* Proven ability to collaborate within teams, showing leadership and initiative in project settings.
