123 Recruitment & Training are working with a privately owned, well-funded automotive business in Rochdale, who are looking for new team members to join their team!
As a driven, focused, and successful team, they are now looking to expand further as they continue to invest in the team and company growth. With long term prospects, excellent earning potential teamed with a great learning and development plans for colleagues.
Role Brief.
· Working within an office environment, you will be apart of a dynamic, driven and motivated team who are passionate about Cars, Service Delivery and Money!
· This is a rare opportunity where there is a genuine opportunity to earn over £45k a year. Top performers are earning £8k a month.
· Contacting customers who are actively looking to sell their vehicle (Leads pre-generated, plus autotrader, online adverts etc.)
The Person…
· In an ideal world the new colleagues will possess;
· One to Two years within a Car Dealership (sales, admin etc.).
· Experience selling to B2C consumers (utilities, energy, cars, motorhomes etc.).
· Whilst we offer no weekends, we still require focused, hard-working individuals who are financially motivated.
· Genuine interest in cars.
· Confident, charming and approachable, especially when on the phone.
· Organised, able to manage own diary clearly.
What’s on Offer?
· Starting basic salary of £25,000
· Achievable first year earnings from £40,000 – this is uncapped!
· Realistic earnings 50k plus, their top Buyer is grossing £8k plus a month,
· Free parking onsite.
