Summary

Higher Education Sessional Lecturers within Health and Mental Health
48 hours per module
£38.38 per hour including holiday pay


A range of opportunities are available for suitably qualified and experienced individuals to teach across our established Health, Mental Health and Psychology provision. In particular, expertise in one of more of the following areas would be beneficial:

• Mental Health and Wellbeing
• Mental Health and Society
• Practice and Policy in Mental Health Care
• Practice and Policy in Health Care
• Research in Practice (in health and/or mental health)
• Promoting Health (in health and/or mental health)
• Supervision and Leadership (in health and/or mental health)


Applicants should have a degree, or higher, in a relevant discipline as well as professional experience in a relevant field. Ideally applicants should be a qualified teacher or, if not, have the commitment to obtain an appropriate qualification.

You will be responsible for the teaching, development and planning of the curriculum area and implementing strategies for the delivery 12of an effective, high-quality curriculum.
