We are seeking an administrator to support a busy team of financial services professionals.
You'll be busy updating records and speaking to clients and financial institutions over the phone.
The job role is varied and full training is provided.
Daily duties will consist of
- Updating 'fact finds' on our internal database system,
- Sending letters of authority and liaising with financial providers
- Offering crucial administrative support throughout the case management process
- Speaking to clients to keep them appraised of their case progress
- Ensure policy information is accurately updated.
In summary you'll be providing invaluable administrative assistance to our Report Writers, Case Managers, and the Head of Client Servicing, drawing upon your extensive skill set.
