Summary

Inven3 Specialists Ltd now seek to appoint Self Employed Property Inventory Clerks.

The objective of this role is to produce detailed reports, to engage with Tenants on appointments and to represent the company. The Inventory and Check out consultant plays a key role in negotiations with tenants at check out and fairness but firmness is vital whilst protecting both the Landlord and the company's reputation.


A full clean driving licence and your own car would be benefitial for this role.

Schedule condition

Experience/qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

- have Property Inventory experience, full training is given to the Inven3 standard.
- have strong communication and presentation skills.
- have their own iPad (our software is not compatible with android).

Industry recognised qualifications such as APIP, ARLA, NFOPP and NAEA are advantageous.

Payment
We have a structured rate and you are paid according to this. The rate is reflective of the property size and type of report you are creating. Mileage is not paid- unless agreed prior to you claiming an inspection.

All candidtaes will be required to satisfy the Right to Work checks prior to commencing any work with us.
