Job Description:
We are currently seeking Staff Nurses to join our dedicated team at a renowned private hospital in Horley. As part of a multidisciplinary medical team, you will provide exceptional care to patients within our Surgical/Ortho Wards. This is a permanent full-time position with shifts scheduled over 7 days per week, offering flexibility and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assessing the health and well-being of patients across a diverse caseload.
• Delivering personalised care to meet individual needs.
• Handling complex and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Continuously developing your skills and knowledge.
• Promoting best practices in health, safety, and security.
• Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of our services.
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Experience in Surgical or Ortho settings preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated competence in clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
