Summary
• Responsibilities
• Schedule workshop in a timely manner in accordance to standard repair times
and Dealer Standards.
• Liaise with technicians and Service Advisors to maximise all upsell opportunity.
• Assist technicians with information required for repairs according to Mazda
Standards.
• Address Job Cards are correct before passing to Service Advisors for
communication with customers and completion.
• Ensure customer and Dealer cars are parked correctly in their bays
• Updating customers as required for upsell collection and completion of work.
• Maintaining daily operation control in line with company processes.
• Liaise with the Sales team and Management with repairs and all time scales
• Ordering parts for VOR cars updating customers on the position and
availability of the repair as well as rebooking’s.
