Summary
The Senior Practice Nurse will work with the Parchmore Group Lead Nurse and other members of the Nursing and General Practice team to: Facilitate access to skilled, high quality holistic nursing care within general practice. Promote healthy lifestyles and play an active role in national immunisation and screening programmes. Enable patients to manage their chronic illness and to achieve their full potential in terms of independent living.
