Summary
To meet and greet dental patients and carers attending the Dental service. To manage and deal with all direct and indirect patient / carer enquiries, pertaining to dental appointments. Responsible for making dental appointments on the R4 computer system and demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential patient information. Provide a wide range of administration and clerical functions to support the provision of an efficient and effective dental service.
