Summary
Ensure there are sufficient numbers of devices available in the right places in optimum condition ready for patient care. Setting work performance standards appropriate to defined goals required as part of the legislation, Trust policy or departmental protocols. Contribute to development of protocols and procedures as necessary to improve service delivery. Provide leadership through motivating and developing staff to achieve high performance. Create clear expectations and patient focussed service delivery.
