Working hours
Shifts span 6 to 10 hours each, providing flexibility and accommodating various preferences.
Night shifts typically commence at around 6/7pm, concluding between 2/3am, while day shifts offer a window from 4am to 12pm, wrapping up within 7 to 10 hours.
For those preferring evening/night shifts on weekdays, start times range from 2pm to Midnight. Weekend night shifts typically initiate between 6 pm to midnight.
To meet the contracted 40 hours, most drivers engage in 4 to 5 shifts per week.
Are you the right person for the job?
• A valid UK driver's licence held for a minimum of 2 years
• A clean driving record with no points, endorsements, or bans
• No motoring or other convictions
• No motoring accidents within the last 5 years
• Confidence in driving up to 3.5-ton vehicles (XLWB or Luton-size manual vans)
• Strong work ethic and dedication
• A desire to be part of a winning team
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player mentality, loyalty, and commitment to excellence
What will your role look like?
• Conducting direct and multi-drop or direct deliveries both within and outside of London
• Handling products with care, which may include the handling of fresh items prepared for next-day sale or high end equipment (the company works with a wide range of companies across a variety of industries to deliver their products/packages)
• There may be heavy lifting (up to 30 kg) required
• Loading and unloading the van at each drop, with pre and post-loading photos required
• Proper use of company systems and reporting platforms (training provided)

The interview process
