Summary

Join us as a Team Leader across Brierley Hill, Dudley, where you'll oversee a range of services, from individualised personal budgets to complex healthcare needs. We cater to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, autism, and those requiring specialised care needs like PEG feeding and support for dysphagia, to service users that need minimum support to maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Holistic Management: Oversee various services across Dudley, ensuring top-notch, person-centred care.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a dedicated team to deliver exceptional support.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and focus on continuous improvement.
- Health & Wellbeing: Prioritise the physical and emotional health of service users, from basic to complex needs.

You will need to have experience of working in the field of learning disabilities, mental health and autism, and have experience of leading and managing teams.
