Summary
Build Recruitment are working with a London based client to make the key appointment of Senior Project Manager: £60k - £64k + excellent benefits.
Reporting to the Head of Capital Projects, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for multiple "inception to completion" projects across all of the RIBA stages. Typical projects range in value from £1m - £10m with the potential to work on Major Projects of £50m+.
Experience of NEC and JCT forms of contract is essential as is managing stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
Key Projects will be: New Build, Refurbishments, Alterations, and Extensions.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of bespoke and complex projects across the property portfolio, managing both day to day operational requirements as well as having responsibility for longer term planning of significant and lengthy projects.
Due to the amount of capital investment and number of projects on-site and multiple internal and external stakeholder groups, my client is looking for a well organised and thorough Senior Project Manager who possesses excellent communication skills and demonstrates a collaborative style of working.
