Your New Company
Hays Education are working with a vibrant and multicultural primary school based just north of the City Centre who pride themselves on creating a welcoming and stimulating environment for all children. They are looking for a Level 3 qualified teaching assistant to join their friendly team.
Your New Role
You will be working in the EYFS team across Nursery and Reception on a full-time, term-time only basis. The department has a high number of EAL children, so a real focus on communication of all forms is essential. This position will initially be on a temporary basis, however for the right candidate, they will transfer this to a permanent contract.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a Level 3 or above qualification in a childcare related course. You will have experience working within primary schools or nurseries and have an understanding of the EYFS curriculum. You will be able to work well as part of a team, and build strong relationships with children and staff alike.
