Offering three months free accommodation - we are seeking a capable and committed Band 6 Senior Operating Theatre (Scrub) Practitioner to join the major health facility on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
We also have opportunities for an Anaesthetic and/or Recovery Practitioner, and applications from dual or multi-skilled candidates are particularly welcomed.
Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfC banding system, but have applied their own salary scale.
The Guernsey Band 6 salary range from 1st Jan is £43,954 to £59,343 plus an annual bonus of £1,605 and higher unsocial hours enhancements; 36% evening/Saturday and 72% Sunday/BH.
Annual leave starts at 36 days up to 42 days with full credit for NHS service for annual leave and sick leave.

Guernsey provides excellent perioperative care, supported by modern equipment and reliant on Theatre Practitioners recruited to a high standard.
Person requirements:
RGN or ODP with full registration with the NMC or HCPC.
At least three year's Operating Theatre experience; including taking charge of the Theatre Suite in the absence of the Lead Practitioner.
Completion of a post-graduate perioperative qualification and/or completion of a recognised Mentorship qualification.
