Summary

Requirements:

1. Proficient in conducting product demonstrations.
2. Possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the software and IT
technology domain.
3. Demonstrated success throughout the entire sales process, from planning to
closing, with an ideal track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
4. Exceptional understanding of SaaS systems, with a proven ability to learn
and effectively demonstrate them in a sales environment.
5. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with
experience in Sales Executive roles and expertise in SaaS, B2B, and B2C
sales.
6. Hold a degree-level education in IT and related domain.
7. Professional experience in product sales or service-related industries,
preferably with a background in software licensing.
8. Technical knowledge encompassing various software sales techniques and
technology, including CRM and ticketing support systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, generating leads through
cold calling, networking, referrals, and providing support during the
presales/project execution process.
2. Collaborate seamlessly with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure
the optimal delivery of our product and exceptional customer satisfaction.
3. Analyse customers' requirements and comprehend their needs to formulate
projects that bring significant value to them.
4. Demonstrate the ability to address unique inquiries from customers and
partners, providing relevant information and tailored solutions based on
specific needs and interests.
5. Develop business plans tailored to business needs and assigned geography,
managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support,
surpassing quarterly sales goals.
6. Collaborate effectively with technical and operational teams to ensure
successful project delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
7. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers,
resulting in a high customer retention rate.
8. Identify markets and opportunities for sales, generating leads and acquiring
new customers.
