We are currently hiring full-time or part-time Support Workers to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts between 7am and 10pm, including alternate weekends.

In this role, you'll provide support to a gentleman in his 60s with autism who lives independently in his own bungalow. Each day brings new challenges and experiences, as you assist him with daily living skills, accompany him to activities like the Day Centre, provide personal care, and help with cooking and cleaning. Additionally, you'll facilitate visits with family and friends.

Prior experience is preferred, as you will be lone working at certain times. Join us and be part of a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

The hours are between 22.5 - 37.5 hours.

About the role

A typical role will involve;

- Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose

- Personal care

- Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry

- Supporting with medication

- Supporting and encouraging people to find opportunities in education, employment and leisure, and enable them to take part in these opportunities
