Summary

Carlton le Willows are looking to appoint a HR Coordinator to join our academy in June 2024, on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role

As the HR Coordinator, you will carry out a variety of HR administrative duties to support the provision of a comprehensive administration and management service for the Academy actively contributing to an effective and efficient HR service in the Academy.

Results

With a consistent record of high academic attainment, Carlton le Willows remains one of the top performing schools in the area. In summer 2023 78% of pupils secured a Grade 4+ in English and Maths and 55% achieved this at grade 5+. Across the board 76% of pupils achieved grade 4+ in five or more GCSEs and our progress score was +0.2 placing us above similar schools nationally.

A level students in our high performing sixth form achieved a 100% pass rate in 2023, with the average A level grade a B-, retaining our reputation for academic excellence post 16.
