Summary

We are looking for an Internal Sales Person to join our Middlesbrough branch (TS1):


- Contracted to 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00
- No bank holiday working required

As an Internal Sales Person, you will provide excellent customer service to our key customers over the phone, face to face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty.

You’ll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts. Our Internal Sales Persons will be the first point of call for key accounts clients. You will need to understand individual client requirements, build rapport & grow your client portfolio.

We are looking for sales minded people, who enjoy talking to clients, love to use probing questions to understand the full picture, and are organised to ensure weekly/monthly & bi/monthly touch points are scheduled in.


Internal Sales Person – Experience & Attributes:


- Experience of working in a highly competitive or Target driven customer focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality)

- Electrical Product Knowledge is advantageous
- A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
- An ability to recognise sales opportunities
