Summary
Requirements:
1. Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in web design, focusing on UX/UI
with expertise in responsive UI design.
2. Demonstrate a keen eye for design and a comprehensive understanding of
current UI design best practices, particularly in HTML.
3. Showcase excellent typographic skills, and a bonus if familiar with fundamental
branding strategies.
4. Prior hands-on experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or
similar is essential.
5. Ability to engage in design at every stage of a project, ranging from
conceptualization and wireframing to creating high-fidelity functional prototypes.
6. Familiarity with user experience best practices is a must. Additionally, strong
planning abilities and a collaborative team spirit are highly valued, with effective
verbal communication skills crucial for accurately grasping project requirements.

1. Utilize Figma and other relevant tools for prototyping and UI design, ensuring a
seamless design process.
2. Exhibit adept time management skills to meet design deadlines effectively.
3. Develop HTML email templates manually, showcasing proficiency in HTML, CSS,
and Bootstrap.
4. Implement innovative solutions to enhance user experiences and contribute to
the overall success of the projects.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and
making iterative improvements to designs.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, bringing in fresh ideas and
approaches to elevate the overall design strategy.
