I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join a dedicated team at a small Learning Disability and Challenging Behaviour home near East Grinstead, West Sussex. As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to the residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Providing strong leadership to a team of care staff, promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centered care.
Managing budgets, resources, and ensuring the efficient running of the home.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
Implementing and reviewing care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of each resident.
Monitoring and maintaining high standards of care, safety, and hygiene within the home.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a similar setting is essential.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behavior.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A compassionate and patient approach to care.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is desirable.
