Veterinary Surgeon - Bedfordshire

We are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join a team at a practice in Bedfordshire, the practice is situated in a cosmopolitan and vibrant town with a good range of houses, abundance of green spaces, decent food places, excellent transport links and a beautiful riverside not to mention award winning schools.
The practice is built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including digital x-ray, inhouse lab, ultrasound with Doppler, tonovet, blood-pressure machine, multiparameter monitors and ECG. They are proud to be a RCVS Accredited practice and being a Cat Friendly Clinic, with a Silver ISFM status.
You'll be joining a welcoming team consisting of 2 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA and 6 receptionists, all dedicated to providing outstanding care. The team is led by a GP certificate holder in Small Animal Practice and Small Animal Surgery who brings to the practice drive and ambition this is a perfect opportunity to learn the skills required to become a practice owner yourself if desired.
We are ideally looking for an experienced vet, confident with all routine consults and surgery, but if you are an ambitious and enthusiastic new graduate, then we'd love to hear from you.
The Rota:
• Fulltime position
• Weekend rota of 1:3 Saturdays
• No OOH
• Occasional sole charge.
• Flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours
