Salary: £24 phr
Working Hours: 39 hours per week

Position Overview: They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team. The Clinical Lead Nurse will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to their residents while maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and coordinating the delivery of nursing care within the Nursing Home.
Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team.
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised care plans.
Monitoring resident health and wellbeing and implementing appropriate interventions as necessary.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize resident outcomes.
Participating in staff training and development initiatives.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with active registration with the NMC.
Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably within a care home setting.
Strong clinical skills and sound knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
