Job Title: Science Teacher

We are proud to partner with a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Telford dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students within the KS3/4 key stage. The PRU is committed to helping students reintegrate into mainstream education or fostering success within the PRU environment, ensuring every student achieves their full potential.

About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to small class sizes, with a maximum of 5 students, and will benefit from the support of Teaching Assistants within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive Science lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to students, both academically and pastorally.
- Contribute to the overall success and development of the PRU community.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Science at KS3/4 level (specialism not essential).
- A passion for working with students facing challenges and a commitment to their success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
