SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date: May 2024
End Date: July 2024 (with the view to go Permanent)
Location: ST18, Stafford
Daily Rate: £85 - £100
Days: Full Time, Monday - Friday, Term Time Only
Hours: 8:30am - 3:45pm
LTF Recruitment are working on an exciting position with a mainstream primary school in ST18. The role will include supporting groups of students in small groups with special educational needs.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with special educational needs
- Planning engaging learning activities and adjusting activities to pupils' needs as appropriate
- Delivering interventions for groups of learners such as phonics, reading
- Fostering relationships with staff, students, and parents
- Supporting students with ASD, ADHD
- Work with individuals or small groups of pupils in the classroom
Requirements:
- Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or degree
- Experience working with children or within a school environment
- Experience supporting students with special educational needs
