- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress to provide feedback and support
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practises and resources
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively teach English to students
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Previous experience teaching English preferred
- Strong knowledge of the English language and literature
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and student support
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or English
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Contract position with full-time hours
- Work in a school setting with students of varying ages and abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
