Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust has a fixed term vacancy to cover maternity leave in our physical health team to provide administrator support to the Lead Nurse for Physical Health, Deteriorating Patient Service, the Tissue viability service, Clinical Educators in Physical health, Tobacco Dependency service, ECG and Diabetes team.
This role is based at Newbridge House B10 9JH

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person with meticulous eye for detail in their administration skills. As the sole admin support for the
team, the post holder must be able to self-directed and be able to work independently
Previous NHS experience would be advantageous
You will need to have the ability to use common software packages and the trusts electronic clinical record system (Rio) however training can be given to the successful candidate
The role will also require facilitating and minute taking of the physical health committee so skills in this would be helpful
