With events, facilities and attractions to suit every lifestyle, Calderdale is a lively and culturally diverse borough. If you are ready to work in a dynamic team and make a difference in supporting Calderdale’s Public Services and communities we are recruiting for multiple Cleaners (Facilities Support Assistants) to start as soon as possible. You will work within key council buildings, ensuring that they’re cleaned and maintained to a high standard for all our customers and that all aspects of the Facilities Management service are met.

We are looking for candidates who will take taking pride in their work and in the condition of their building. Hours are between 6.5 and be 13.5 per week, depending on location, all roles take place in the morning.

Cleaning experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.

We have the following vacancies:

Halifax Town Centre – Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per week, mornings
Halifax Town Centre – Monday to Saturday, 13.5 hours per week, mornings
Brighouse Library – Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per week, mornings
Brighouse – Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week, mornings
Elland - Monday to Friday, 12.5 hours per week, mornings
Elland – Monday to Friday, 10 hours per week, mornings
