We are currently seeking a suitably qualified, highly motivated individual and outstanding practitioner to support the Inclusion Department by leading small groups and support individual students at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will join a committed team of staff to further improve learning, teaching and student outcomes. An understanding or experience of working with vulnerable young people and those with learning or behaviour difficulties is essential.

The role will involve working under the direct supervision of the Director of Inclusion and working closely with the subject teachers, to help raise attainment, self-esteem and motivation. The successful candidates should have good use of functional ICT, excellent communication skills and be confident to liaise with a team of professionals to support student learning.
