Summary

This role is known internally as “Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partner.”

As part of our Finance Team, you’ll drive financial planning, analysis and reporting activities. You’ll work with various stakeholders to provide analysis, insight, and financial planning to aid in decision making and optimise performance.

What you’ll be doing:
• Contributing to the preparation of our 30-year financial plan.
• Assisting in the preparation and execution of scenario modelling, appraisals, and stress tests.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Meeting obligations in relation to damp and disrepair.
• Developing a strong understanding of our financial performance and underlying drivers.
• Participating in cross-departmental projects and initiatives.

What we’re looking for:
• Part qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
• Experience using financial modelling tools.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Great communications and attention to detail.
