Summary

To work along side current office team in Cardigan supporting current admin team. Answering calls, taking messages. Speaking to customers. Helping with daily emails, customer care calls to existing customers during installations. General office duties. Must have excellant typing skills and phone manner.
Successful applicant must have experience of working with Office 365 and Excel/ Word/One Drive and Outlook. Applicant must have excellant key board skills.

Flexible hours to be agreed but core hours will be 9am - 2pm with one day to be all day. Min hours 15 hours per week with potential to increase hours at some point for right candidate. This role is open to Welsh speakers.

Please note that this vacancy is for our Head Office in Cardigan, Ceredigion, West Wales. Please note that the company do not provide any travel allowance for travelling to work and ideally the applicant needs to live the locallity of Ceredigion/Pembrokeshire/Carmarthenshire.
